In the "Installing modules" section, download the module archive

Update Mods

In the System > Users > User groups > Administrators section, check all the boxes (grant rights)

An additional menu item called Product manager should appear in the Catalog section

Go to Catalog > Product manager, click the yellow button at the top right and check the boxes next to the desired product parameters.
