Description of Manufacturer in Opencart 3

Module to add a description, meta-title, meta-description, and meta-keywords to the Manufacturer page in Opencart 3.0. Opencart is not able to set these parameters by default for brands. This module is required for search engine optimization of website pages. The site allows you to add or edit manufacturers, and you'll be able to add multilingual description fields and meta tags: description, title, and keywords. Once these fields are filled in, they'll show up on the manufacturer's page.
