Order Manager Opencart 3
The advanced order manager Opencart 3.0 allows you to quickly change the status of an order and add comments to it, as well as view orders in the online store. After installing this extension, you will be able to view the list of orders with details for each of them, with a panel for filtering orders by various parameters. It will be possible to change the status of an order in three clicks directly from the list of orders. You can also manage orders in bulk: change statuses for several orders at the same time, and delete several orders at the same time. You will also have the option to print the invoice and shipping list as you would with standard orders. You can also quickly go to editing the customer who placed the order.
Module for managing orders Order Manager Opencart 3.0
To quickly identify certain orders, you will be able to set colors for order statuses, colors for shipping, and payment methods. You can also control the display of columns in the orders table - turn them on or off.
Installation instructions:
- You need to have a fix installed for the correct loading of localcopy modules
- Open the Install modules section in the admin panel and upload the file order-manager_oc3.ocmod.zip
- In the Modifiers section, click Update modifications
- Refresh template cache
- Enable and configure the Order Manager module
- Open the main page of the admin panel - a table with orders should appear there. If it is not displayed or you get an error "Access is denied" - you may need to add rights to the Administrators user group - check the boxes next to the dashboard/manager fields.
Possible mistakes:
- If, when editing or deleting an order, you see the error "Attention: Your IP has not been added to the API access list!" and "Warning: Invalid API Key!" - you need to clear the cache and cookies in the browser or test on another browser. If the problem persists, you need to create a new API user (System > Users > API) and select it in the store settings on the Options tab (System > Settings > Edit store > Options > API. After that, you need to re-login in the admin panel.

Solution:
Download and install the Localcopy OCMOD add-on
After installing this add-on, you need to go to the Modifiers section and click the "Update modifiers" button. After that, you can install other modules
There are some problems and possible solutions:
1. The template cache has not been reset - you need to update the cache [screenshot]
2. When you previously edited template files through the admin panel in the "Theme Editor" section, they were saved in the database and it is no longer affected by ocmod modifiers, this is an Opencart 3 issue. You need to install an extension [download] and update the modifications in the admin panel.
3. Your template is based on TPL files (*.tpl), while in Opencart 3 templates should be in TWIG format (*.twig). The problem is that ocmod modifiers do not affect TPL files - all changes must be made to these files manually.
You need to enable the output of all php errors on the screen - for this, in the .htaccess file at the end you need to add the lines:
php_value display_errors 1
php_value display_startup_errors 1
php_value error_reporting E_ALL
Now, instead of error 500, an error code should be displayed, which will indicate the issue.
There is a bug in official Opencart 3.0.3.5 - 3.0.3.6 patches - modifiers do not work with twig files due to an error in the standard modifier /system/modification.xml - the second operation from this modifier does not work.
The problem occured in official github and proposed solution is https://github.com/opencart/opencart/blob/3.0.x.x_Maintenance/upload/system/modification.xml
We made a fix modifier according to these recommendations, it will replace the /system/modification.xml file with the correct one.
Solution:
1. Back up your /system/modification.xml file
2. Download the fix modifier from the link and install it in your admin panel
3. Update mod cache
4. Update twig template cache
